  • We currently ship products within mainland India. Incase you feel your pincode may not be serviceable, please get in touch with us


  • Since most of our products are made only after we receive the order, cancellation of orders is not possible. However, if the product hasn’t been shipped or gone into manufacturing, the order can be canceled within 24 hours. In such cases, we deduct a small processing fee based on order value and refund the remaining amount. We will not be able to cancel the product if it has already been shipped or if the manufacturing has begun.
  • The refund amount will be reflected back in your account within 5-7 working days

Transit Damages 

  • While we take utmost care to pack the products to minimize the transit damages, please note that Indian courier services are not trained to handle furniture items. There may be minor chips, scratches or dents and we assure you that they will not affect the stability of the products. 
  • Incase the package is delivered in broken condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling on +91 9742083169

Product Damage

  • All our products are assembled/ tested/checked thoroughly in the factory and packed only after passing QC but in the unlikely event a product arrives with manufacturing defect, please email us at with a photo and video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order 
  • We will make necessary background checks from our end to confirm the claim. If your request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up based on service availability. Please ensure the product is unused and well packed to avoid return transit damage.
